"Social Skills" is sponsored by Future Horizons on December 9, 1997 Addresses PDD/Autistic/Asperger's difficulty in "reading, interpreting, and responding" to social cues and social information. Carol Gray & Tony Attwood will present an in-depth one-day workshop on social skills strategies. Through the use of demonstration, visual aids, and audience participation, they will provide attendees with the skills needed to understand the nature of the social skill challenges faced by individuals diagnosed along the autism spectrum, and to improve social relationships through effective intervention strategies.
